Bee Lee

Yoga has been a part of Beelee's life for over 15 years, and has pushed her to live every moment mindfully. Her practice has allowed her to grow stronger, both on and off the mat.

​

She completed 200-hour YTT training (160 hours of Foundational Training on Hatha Yoga and 40 hours on Wheel Yoga) with Pure Yoga in November 2019, and was grateful for the loving guidance that her teachers and classmates have given to her.

​

In her classes, she loves to include gentle, meditative poses that strengthen bodily awareness. She seek to help students deepen their practice through pushing physical and mental boundaries, with the hopes that they will step off the mat feeling grounded and refreshed.
